Refunds

Fourteen days, on everything, including lifetime licences. No form, no reason required, no retention offer. Write to hello@itselsewhere.app from the address you bought with and it is done.
We would rather refund you than argue. The compatibility checker on the front page and the free tier both exist so that you can find out whether this works on your phone before paying, which is the better outcome for both of us.
How long it takes
We action refunds within one business day. Your bank then takes its own time, usually five to ten business days, which is outside our control.
The free trial
Every paid plan starts with seven days free. A card is required to begin the trial, and nothing is charged until day seven. Cancel at any point before then and no payment is taken at all. Cancelling is one tap in the billing portal, linked from your licence email.
If a trial converts and you did not intend it to, that is inside the fourteen days and is refunded like anything else. Tell us; we will not make you argue about it.
Cancelling a subscription
Open the billing portal link in your licence email, or write to us. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep the app until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the app falls back to the free tier rather than locking you out.
What is not refundable
Nothing, within fourteen days. After fourteen days, subscription payments already taken are not refunded, but you can cancel the next one at any time.
